This project was a single family home in Milwaukee. It was a larger upgrade that involved about a 90% demo of the interior of the house from a burst pipe on the second floor. The second floor demo included about 50% drywall removal, 100% flooring removal while the first floor was 100% drywall removal with 100% flooring removal, minus the tiling, along with all of the cabinets, countertops and appliances.
